Currently, Seo Eunkwang, Lee Minhyuk, Im Hyunsik, and Peniel are currently leading activities under the name 'BTOB' with the desire to protect the group name. Through this decision, all activities under BTOB Company will continue to be conducted under the team name 'BTOB,' and we have decided not to use a separate unit name for activities that do not involve the full group.

We would like to inform you that this decision was made after much consideration of the special meaning of the team name 'BTOB' and the desire to preserve its value for the long term. In addition, this is just a form of activity that is carried out according to the current situations and schedules of the members. We want to assure fans that BTOB is always ready to promote as a full group whenever possible.

While waiting for the moment when all members can be together under the name of BTOB, we, BTOB Company, will do our best to support the growth of the group.

FYI, this company wasn't established by the members. They all left their previous agency and split into 4/1/1. The agency that the 4 members joined named their label 'BTOB Company.'

After this, the Japanese fan club was changed from 6 members to 4 without prior notice (it’s a paid membership, and no refunds were given, which caused quite an uproar)

This is the behavior of the agency that will be in charge of the group if they do complete group activities with 6 members.
