'Doctor Shin' to premiere on March 14th ... "Medical thriller with Im Sunghan's style"

On the 19th, TV Chosun announced, "The new Saturday-Sunday drama 'Doctor Shin' (directed by Lee Seunghoon, written by Im Sunghan) has confirmed its first broadcast for the 14th of next month."

'Doctor Shin' is a medical thriller drama that tells the story of a strange romance between top star Momo (played by Baek Seora), who falls into a coma, and the men who once loved and still love her.

The script was written by Im Sunghan, who has produced numerous hit dramas including 'See and See Again,' 'Dear Heaven,' 'Miss Mermaid,' 'New Tales of Gisaeng,' and more.

This marks her first attempt at the medical thriller genre. The drama is set to show the process of people heading toward a disaster after changing their brains for love.

The production team stated, “Writer Im has consistently delivered powerful shock, deep addictiveness, and unique messages in every work with her unpredictable imagination.”
