I used to be an aespa fan. But when they came to my university festival, their attitude was so disappointing. So I looked it up, and it turned out they've been like this for a while.

1. Scene where they're rude to staff at the airport: This is an infamous video from a long time ago where their expressions towards the airport staff were seriously bad and their tone was very rude. Many fans were shocked when they saw this.  

2. Ningning ignoring fans waiting outside: Covering her ears. This was really shocking. Fans were waiting outside calling her name, but Ningning didn't even look at them and even covered her ears. It wasn't just ignoring them, it was to the point she looked visibly offended and pissed. 

3. Ningning's expressionless and unresponsive introduction on stage in Mexico: Even in front of international fans, Ningning didn't change her expression at all when introducing herself and just spoke carelessly. She had a consistently dissatisfied look on stage and didn't smile once. Honestly, isn't this a very upsetting attitude for fans?

4. aespa members laughing whenever an IVE member speaks at award ceremonies: This has happened repeatedly, and strangely, the aespa members laugh amongst themselves whenever an IVE member speaks. It happens too often to just be a coincidence in timing. It's on air so everyone can see it, I really don't understand why they act like that.

[+277, -118] I don't really see the other things as much of a problem honestly, they're plausible and understandable, but during MMA and other times, compared to other male and female idol groups, aespa (especially Karina) seemed to not focus way too often (even when other groups were giving their acceptance speeches) and kept talking and giggling to the members next to them, which looked bad. I'm not talking about their character, but I wish they had some basic manners towards other groups like other groups do.

9. [+215, -105] I don't know about the other stuff but I watched 2023 and 2024 MMA too, and it really seemed like they were mocking IVE quite a bit. Of course, it might not be the case, but at a public award ceremony where all the idols and fans are watching, they were imitating IVE's actions and mocking them, and Giselle didn't even clap after their performance and had a rotten expression, and seeing them laugh so much among themselves while the members were crying after receiving the album award was really hard to see in a good light. Even if they do that backstage, I wish they would be more careful in front.
