The Military Human Rights Center confirmed that the Air Force One (presidential aircraft) departed from Seoul Air Base in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, at around 10 AM.

The center stated on the morning of the 10th, “Before the aircraft takes off, it undergoes maintenance by the Air Force's 35th Squadron, and the flight plan is communicated to the air traffic control tower. However, there were no maintenance or flight plan notifications prior to today’s departure.”

The center added, “The destination is unknown, and it has not been confirmed whether the president or any other individuals were onboard.”
